All of PL-Direct's provided products are guaranteed against defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice by the manufacture unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer. Except as expressly stated herein, PL-Direct makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the PL-Direct website. Except as expressly stated herein, PL-Direct expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to PL-Direct arising from any product sold on the PL-Direct website shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall PL-Direct, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, PL-Direct shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. PL-Direct shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, PL-Direct shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Sales Tax (Canadian customers)
PL-Direct will only charge a sales tax for all residents of the province of Manitoba. All orders purchased and delivered in Canada via the PL-Direct web site are subject to GST. Orders placed via our US site, are only subject to sales tax for residents of the State of Washington.

Our checkout uses 128 bit SSL encryption but if you do not wish to provide your credit card information online please place the order by calling us at 1 866.882.3580.

Payment Options
The PL-Direct website allows you to place your order online using our encrypted order form, by telephone or by fax. Payment options include credit card, business check, and certain money orders.

PL-Direct will allow payment using many types of credit cards; including Visa, American Express, and Diner's Club.

Product Availability
We do our very best to maintain accurate stock levels but occasionally there may be shortages of some products. We cannot be held liable for such situations or for shipping delays. PL-Direct reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders subject to full refunds being issued.

Price Protection
Due to market conditions and the fast pace of the wireless and consumer products industries, all prices are subject to change without notice. PL-Direct will not provide Price Protection on any of the products offered.

Refund Policy
All non-defective plasma TV returns must also be return shipped within 14 days after receipt, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Software once opened is non returnable. A service/restocking fee of 20% of unit price plus original shipping costs based on UPS Ground published rates will be deducted from refund . If upgraded shipping method was used this cost is non refundable.

Unit must be in Factory New Condition and complete with all accessories, and original packaging. The cost of any repairs and or replacement of missing accessories will be deducted from refund.

Unit must be returned to us at your cost via UPS ground or USPS ground INSURED for full value. Please retain the tracking number for your records.

Prior to returning a item please contact PL-Direct for an RMA number. If you return an item without a RMA number, your refund cannot be processed.

If any warranty seals have been tampered with or if you have modified or abused the unit in any way. No refund will be issued.

If more then 30 days has elapsed since receipt of item (based on courier records) Under no circumstances will a refund be issued.

RMA Details
A valid RMA number must be written clearly and conspicuously on the outside of the packaging PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX. This makes the item non-resalable.


FRAUDULENT ORDERS
All fraudulent orders are reported to local authorities and Credit Card Companies. When a fraudulent order is received we will attempt, to notify the cardholder or their issuing bank that the card is being misused or reported stolen. PL-Direct will prosecute any parties to the full extent of the law if fraudulent activity is found using our website.

Refused Shipments
If an order is not damaged and a customer refuses shipment, the customer can be billed up to double the published rate as we are charged for the return shipments by our shipping agents.

Credit Card Charge backs and Returned Checks
Any check returned NSF or any improper Credit Card chargeback, ex. But not limited to: not recognizing the charge on card (Phone number is on the statement) will be charged a minimum 35 dollar fee. Any party making false claims or statements on a chargeback request will be held liable by law for any damages incurred.
