Shipping
Most of our plasma screens and LCD's are shipped using
UPS, Fed-EX, Puralator, Red Starr and Danzas depending
upon the speed and request of the customer. CALL
FOR PRICES FOR 2-3 DAY EXPEDITE SERVICE!
We will only ship items within the Continental US
and Canada. All items shipped must be signed for,
and therefore we are not able to ship to a P.O. Box.
All shipping costs to you the customer will be confirmed
in writing prior to the shipments departure.
The following procedures
should be followed when receiving your shipment:
Check for any visible damage to the box and packaging
before signing for your plasma screen. Should exterior
damage be apparent, sign for the plasma display shipment,
but NOTE any damage to the box.
Next, check the screen for damages by removing the
box packaging and inspecting the actual screen. If
there is damage to the screen itself or other physical
damage to the unit, this MUST be reported to us within
48 hours of receipt of the product. We offer a 30-day
manufacture defective replacement guarantee for plasma
screens which suffer from a manufacturer's defect
ONLY. IT IS UNDERSTOOD PL-Direct
WILL NOT REPLACE ANY DEFECTIVE PLASMA SCREENS AFTER
30 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT.
Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise taking
care not to damage the original packaging. Do not
fill out the manufacturer's warranty card until your
initial dealer warranty ends. Keep the original packaging
for at least the first 30 days after purchase. We
recommend storing the original packaging for the life
of the product in case the unit has to be shipped
to a service center for repair.
Tracking Numbers
All customers will receive tracking numbers sent via
an e-mail or fax if preferred.
